Autumn / Winter – quick ways to better health

Good Circulation

Before shower, rub your body with a hot wet towel, from your feet to palms of your hands, towards your heart. In this way you stimulate circulation and improve skin condition.

Recovering Sleep

Boil half a cup of milk (soy, cow, oat), add turmeric, and, if you want to, some cardamom or chilli. Sieve and drink before sleep; it relaxes and calms, acts anti-inflammatory, and as a painkiller (after workout).

Create Joy

It is easy to go down during the cloudy, rainy season. That is why you should consciously choose joy: drive and smile, help when you can, use humour. Choose to be well, and bring good energy with you.

Breath Against Tiredness

Stop, isolate yourself from everything for 3 minutes. Remember a wonderful moment, breathe in its magic, its smells, its sounds, the emotions it brings out in you, and when you breathe out, spread those emotions all over your body. Repeat at least five times.
