If we could choose, no one would choose a disease. The same is with fertility. When healthy we mostly do not think a lot about it.
But, while fighting infertility a person faces many beliefs and emotions so we also change our points of view. To better, hopefully.
What will your routine look like?
As you choose. Be creative, as routine needs to be aligned with your needs. Do not compare with others, but slowly introduce habits depending on your goals!
Through all this years I learnt to release my emotions. If I need I take a day to cry. Sometimes even more depending on situation.
Reset is important to be able to continue.
I wish someone have told more details about Intrauterine insemination (IUI), also that my hospital had a physiologist to support all women there.
But that was not the case.
Diagnose is a terrible word. It means you have something, and you do not want it! But there are different diagnoses: those you accept easily, and those where you need years to accept.
