4 For The Summer

Early morning, when still snuggled happily in bed, every minute is so precious. Twenty minutes later bathroom looks like hell! Even though we redesigned ours few years ago, and in general suits all our needs, when in rush there is no enough space for both of us. And than mostly the same question comes out – how much of these products do you really need? OMG?! What is he talking about?

A research showed that an average woman has app. 200 different products to pumper herself (includes tooth paste, deodorant, shower gel, body spray, nail remover,...). While thinking about it I tried to chose my favourites for this spring! (Not talking about removing the other 196 he he)

Garnier Ambre Solarie – UV water SPF 20 with Aloe Vera Water

I spent a lot of time outside, in walks with my dog, or running around the city. Dense, and oily creams absorb slow, also make my clothes dirty. It is slippery to drive car too, so I prefer something lighter.

I discovered this UV water the other day, by accident. It is so refreshing, protects the skin, hydrates, and absorbs quickly. Since it is enriched with Aloe vera gel nourishes skin!

In all treatments I do (massages), and also for personal use, I choose – always organic, certified oils and products. Even though I am certified family aromatherapist I don't prepare cosmetics at home. Luckily there are so many great brands on the market providing quality and innovative cosmetics.
