Our body changes through years. Sometimes we are happy with those changes, and sometimes not. We can affect many changes, but it is hard to influence on one - aging!

Menopause

This process, however nicely you call it (wise woman, successful woman, middle aged woman), when starts and becomes real does not change the fact that your skin will not be radiant any more, that treacherous hormones do their business, that you are falling into new states that you are just learning to deal with, that you get easily a label of frustrated woman, and that you are looking at younger women with melancholy…

That is why I do not like word - menopause. In our society it has a negative connotation: like the end of world is here, and you are written off just because others are younger, faster, more active, joyful and better.

I do not like the experience of older women either, as they say: “you will see when you get there, I do not sleep, and nothing helps” or “ I eat nothing and still have such a big stomach” or “all my generation takes blood pressure pills, all of them”.

Of course, there are medical conditions when certain treatments given by a doctor should be accepted, BUT everyone can do a lot for themselves through small steps in years. Maybe older generations did not know how and what to do, and they are exhausted even to change, and they feel helpless and hopeless.

Luckily, today we have many choices and we can reverse aging, by looking on this process differently.

Here is the bright side of new phase:

RECOVERY AND GREAT SHAPE

Our body changes and millions of cells die and are replaced with new all the time. Researches show that our body renews every 7 years. So if I am not satisfied now, for 7 years I can be better version of myself. (I would say even in three months of regular physical activity!)

PLEASURE AND JOY IN LIFE

According to Napoleon Hill, US author that analyzed for 25 years principles of success, said that people are the most productive at age between 45 and 60 as they by that time have raised children, are not infatuated with other crazy ideas, and have found out what are their capabilities and skills. They can, if they want, achieve their goals and dreams at that stage of life easier!

Exploring this new phase, I asked myself what do I want at the end of the day (life)?

I want to be healthy, active, intellectually curious, ...until the end.

That is what I must reach ALONE.

For years now I have been active in my personal development. It started with my arrival in Zagreb, 24 years ago, and 1st Reiki level. Little by little I learned how to maintain my health in different situations and ways. Today I am in the best physical shape ever, mentally active, and challenging myself all the time. I work with young people that gives my days extra dynamics, and so many ideas and goals to achieve. There are challenges, yes! But we are here to learn.

If you wish to become full of life, healthy and radiant - join me in on this road, while creating your new future!

Together we will find:

- what you need to be in great shape physically and mentally

- how to accomplish balance in life, adjusting to new needs and enjoy more
